Welcome to Adopt Marketing. By engaging our services (Logo Making, WordPress Website Creation, etc.), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Adopt Marketing provides freelance digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or email agreement.

Logo Design & Branding

Revisions: Unless otherwise agreed, logo packages include [e.g., 3] rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees.
Final Delivery: Once the final payment is received, we will provide the logo in standard formats (Vector, PNG, JPG).
Ownership: Upon full payment, the copyright of the final chosen logo is transferred to the client. Adopt Marketing retains the right to display the work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

WordPress Website Creation

Content Supply: The client is responsible for providing all text, images, and brand assets. Delays in providing content will result in project timeline extensions.
Third-Party Fees: Fees for domain registration, hosting, premium themes, or plugins are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in our package.
Post-Launch Support: We provide [e.g., 15 days] of technical support post-launch. Ongoing maintenance or updates are subject to a separate maintenance agreement.
Security: While we follow WordPress security best practices, Adopt Marketing is not liable for third-party hacks, server downtime, or software vulnerabilities.

Payment Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required before work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the transfer of final files or website credentials.

Client Obligations

Termination of Service

Limitation of Liability

Adopt Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Pune/Maharashtra, India].
